I helped to co-found Belle Cuisine with one specific goal in mind, to bring to our clients the type of unforgettable experiences we have been bringing to our own family for years. I love being a part of someone's special day and I put all of my heart and soul into making someone's luncheon as special and exciting as I would their wedding.
When I am not working you can find me at home playing with my son or kicked back reading a book or watching a movie. I enjoy traveling and bringing back my culinary experiences to put into new dishes.

I go by many names, mom, wife, teacher, and now chef. All of these names represent the loves in my life. I have a love for my wonderful husband, for my brilliant son and my beautiful daughter. I have taught math at a local high school for many years and I consider teaching one of my loves, however I have reached a point in my life where chef takes on a more personal meaning than teacher. This love for food is one of the driving forces behind the decision to start up Belle Cuisine with my sister. We have been feeding our families and friends for years and now we get to do what we love for the rest of the world. It warms my heart to see the smile on people's faces when they see what we have created for them in the way of food or festivities. We have all heard the old adage, "Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life." This is what I love so it all should be fun from here on out.
